Thank You For Protecting Consumers!

Over 95,500 Emails Sent To Legislators!

As the 2024 legislative session comes to a close, we are overwhelmed with the support that the Washington community showed for consumer protections in our state. Over 31,800 Washingtonians sent letters to their legislators asking them to put consumer protections first. And with that volume, legislators could not ignore the issue.

Over 95,500 emails went to legislators’ offices, sparking a conversation across the state about protecting consumers when they buy gift cards.

We are so thankful to you, our coalition partners, and our legislators, who all came together to act for consumer protections. Thank you for acting with the Washington Consumer Protection Coalition.

Thanks To Our Partners

We’re especially grateful to our organizational partners across the state, whose work has been instrumental in protecting consumers for decades. A huge thank you goes to Invest in Washington Now, Statewide Poverty Action Network, Washington Community Action Network, Washington Low Income Housing Alliance, and Balance Our Tax Code, who have delivered huge wins for our communities, and continue to do so.
